OVERVIEW
Use as a source for exporting a bluescreen video or graphic (or serial collection of graphics) with an editable timeline (think subtitles but its a gannt chart).  If your video is modern history based you might want to place characters, roles, institutions and overlapping time spans in to context.  You may want to leave citations (endnotes) up on the screen for armchair experts to haggle till the cows come home.
