HAVELOCK < GSA RESIDENTS > CONTRACTORS COMMUNICATION SITE

This site is a way to record-support communication between Havelock staff, tenants and third party contractors

Havelock House is a community housing body based in 'Havelock House' in Turner ACT (near the city)

GSA (Gungahlin Singles Accommodation) is an an ACT govt owned set of two buildings with lease holding tenants
who pay their rent to Havelock House.  It is at the far end of the ACT in the centre of Gungahlin.
(GSA Drysedale Building at 45 Ernest Cavanagh Street - facing south - near Woolies) and
(GSA Newcomb Building - a separate building - facing north - on Anthony Rolfe Avenue)

Due to distance, staff turnovers and the fog of property management, the tenants in both buildings have had to deal
with a variety of communication issues in regard to ... just getting stuff done
eg emails not responded to,  Mistaken inspection of wrong addresses, confusion about keys and locks etc
