SOLUTION NAME: Volunteers Doing Accounts

FILE FORMAT: .mov

PURPOSE: Just a quick export from keynote for a charity that has grown to a stage where their office space is going to be thrown open to volunteers so that they drop the accounts info into colour coded trays.  Suggested they use the chart of accounts as a master for labelling the trays with categories.  Worked on one computer doing transactions for two shelf companies once - each in the same business.  The organisation of trays, colours, labels, debit/credit targeting, done hatchboxes etc were crucial.
