RECORDINGS
Permission to mount on this site is given by the relevant 5-minute-conch-controller at the time of recording.
The 5-minute-conch-controller is recorded giving or 'not' giving that permission (stating name, time and related percentage shares) at the end of the recording.
When/if the recording is registered with APRA at a later point the 5-minute-conch-controller can send a formal email to the PLUCKAS secretary with specific data updates resulting in an update to the file specs (including data within the MP3 file) ASAP and a confirmation email in return.
When/if (at any point in time) the recording is not to be shared on this site a formal email (from the related 5-minute-conch-controller) to the PLUCKAS secretary will result in a deletion of the graphic button and the related MP3 file from all devices ASAP.
